What is Select by Gola Services?
Select is the online shop of Gola Services SUARL, a company in Ariana, Tunisia. It sells computer accessories, peripherals, laptops and desktops that Gola Services has tested and verified itself, with five to ten recommended options per category. Custom-built PCs (GolaPCs) and IT services are offered separately at gola.tn.
Where is Select located and when is it open?
Our office is at R-11, 61 Rue Ibn Mandhour, Cité Ennozha, 2080 Ariana, Tunisia, and it is open 24 hours a day by appointment. Call +216 71 709 333 or write to contact@gola.tn to arrange a visit or a pickup.
Do you deliver everywhere in Tunisia?
Yes. Delivery covers all of Tunisia: for cash on delivery orders, 24 to 48 hours in Greater Tunis and 2 to 4 working days elsewhere.
Are your prices in TND and do they include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND) and include VAT. The delivery fee, if any, is added at checkout.
Can I pay by card or mobile payment?
At our office, yes: card and mobile payment are accepted for orders you collect in store, along with cash, cheque, deposit or transfer. Online card payment through ClicToPay is coming soon. Until then, online orders are paid on delivery or by bank transfer or deposit.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay cash on delivery, or by bank transfer or bank deposit: our bank details (RIB) are shown to you right after you place your order. If you collect your order in store you can also pay by cash, cheque, card or mobile payment. Online card payment through ClicToPay is coming soon.
Can I be invoiced and pay later?
Companies can receive an invoice payable within 15 days. For individuals, payment is made on delivery or in advance.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Your invoice is emailed to you once your order is processed.
Delivery and pickup
How long does delivery take?
For cash on delivery orders, expect 24 to 48 hours in Greater Tunis and 2 to 4 working days elsewhere in Tunisia. If you are in Greater Tunis and pay remotely (bank transfer or deposit), we can deliver in under 3 hours once your payment is confirmed.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is a flat 10 TND for most of our products. Orders over 20 kg travel as freight, starting at around 20 TND. In-store pickup is free. See the Delivery & Shipping page for all four options.
Who delivers my order?
Most orders are delivered by LeoExpress.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Delivery is hand to hand: check the package in front of the courier and do not accept it if it is damaged or open. Tell us about any other problem within 24 hours.
Can I pick my order up in store?
Yes, for free: choose In-Store Pickup at checkout, then wait for our message telling you your order is ready. Our office is open around the clock by appointment.
Warranty and returns
How long is the warranty?
Most products come with a one-year warranty. Some go up to 3 years, 5 years or even a lifetime warranty. Warranties are managed by the product suppliers, so always contact us first: we will work out your case with you and get you the maximum cover available.
Are software problems covered?
Yes, on computers you bought from us on which we installed and configured the operating system (GolaPCs or otherwise). Reformatting or resetting the operating system voids this cover. We cannot offer a software warranty on a system we did not set up or optimise.
Can I return a product?
Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 10 days of receipt. You cover the return postage. We usually replace the product or give store credit, and only rarely refund. Details are on the Returns & Warranty page.

We don't sell everything - we sell what works. Every product on Select is tested and verified by Gola Services before it earns a spot here, so instead of hundreds of options you get five to ten that we would actually recommend.
