Four ways to get your order
- In-store pickup - free. Collect your order at our office in Ariana (R-11, 61 Rue Ibn Mandhour, Cité Ennozha, 2080 Ariana). Please wait for our message telling you your order is ready before you come. We are open around the clock, by appointment. In store you can pay by cash, cheque, card, mobile payment, or by deposit or transfer.
- Standard delivery - 10 TND. A flat fee for most of our products, which are small enough to travel this way. Most orders are delivered by LeoExpress.
- Freight - from around 20 TND. For anything over 20 kg, which travels as freight.
- Express delivery. We book a taxi to bring your order to you. You pay for your products upfront, we send them, and you pay the driver the delivery fee agreed with us when it arrives.

Delivery times
- Cash on delivery: 24 to 48 hours in Greater Tunis, 2 to 4 working days elsewhere in Tunisia.
- Paid remotely in Greater Tunis (bank transfer or bank deposit): we can deliver in under 3 hours once your payment is confirmed. Elsewhere in Tunisia, the usual delays above apply from the moment your payment is confirmed.
Payment
You can pay cash on delivery, or by bank transfer or deposit: our bank details (RIB) are shown right after you place your order. Online card payment through ClicToPay is coming soon. Companies can be invoiced with payment due within 15 days; individuals pay on delivery or in advance.
When your order arrives
Delivery is hand to hand. Please check the package in front of the courier or driver, and do not accept it if it is damaged or open. If anything else is wrong, such as a missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
